AccuraScience LB: We found a related strain that was already sequenced being of size ~180Kb, so I suppose the genome of your strain is of similar size. This is a rather small genome to sequence, thus the experimental cost will not be heavy - in fact, it will not even use a single lane of an Illumina HiSeq or HiSeq sequencer, thus you might design other sequencing experiments from other viral projects and sequence them together. It is advisable that you pay extra attention in sample isolation because it can be hard to eliminate/reduce host DNA from the desired viral sample.
