AccuraScience LB: (Abbreviated version of the proposal) We propose to do the following: (1) Process single-cell RNA-seq data for the 40 individual cells, including sequencing data quality control, mapping of the read data to the reference genome and exon-exon junctions, and summarizing the results in expression levels of all genes. (2) Apply Principal Component Analysis (PCA) or similar methods to analyze the sub-population structure of the control group based on the expression profiles of individual cells, and (3) Interpret the sub-groups in the context of expected biological sub-populations, with Customer-provided marker gene lists expected to be differentially expressed across the sub-populations.
